心主血脉的内涵考释

Abstract: 心主血脉包括主血和主脉两个方面。所谓“主” ,具有主宰、主持、调控之意。血 ,指血液 ,是人体重要的营养物质。脉 ,即经脉 ,为气血运行的通道。现代研究证明 ,心脏对生命活动具有重要的控制和调节作用。结合中西医理论探讨了“心主血脉”的合理内核 ,心脏不仅是泵血器官 ,也是调节生命代谢的内分泌器官 ,它以心血管系统结构和功能单位作为信息交换、能量互动及功能活动场所 ,即通过“心系”的主泵、载体和本体作用 ,发挥血液及生命活性物质的生理效应 ,提出“脉为心体 ,血为心用”的观点 ,心脉、心血互为体用 ,二者是“心主血脉”行使正常功能的决定因素。
