Abstract: Objective:By observing the affect of reproductive function and embryo growth on pregnant rabbits for Shoutai pills,It is able to open out its reproductive toxicity. Methods:To adopt Shoutai pills in differ doses,and by compared with differ groups,we inspect pregnant rabbits on weightness、amphimixis rate、pregnant rate,and observe alive embryo rate、abnormal embryo rate,it is able to open out its reproductive toxicity. Results:The experimental effects indicate that it is’t affected on alive embryo rate、abnormal embryo rate. it is’t affected on weightness、amphimixis rate、pregnant rate too. Conclusion:The experimental effects indicate that it has not reproductive toxicity for Shoutai pills in 40g/kg.
