Abstract: Through the interpretation of the twenty-third articles febrile disease in Huangdi Neijing,it discussed its academic thought as follows: the system of diagnosis and treatment was established; the principle of treatment was determined; the contraindications for acupuncture and the prognosis of different patients’ conditions was expounded. The theory of febrile disease in this article has provided theoretical basis and necessary data for the studies of febrile disease.
