Slanted Titanium Dioxide Nano-Rod Based Hybrid Solar Cells
A slanted columnar titanium dioxide nano-rod was fabricated with the aid of glancing angle deposition and further annealed to change its crystallinity into the anatase phase. The nano-rod hybrid solar cell with 1:0.7 w:w poly-3-hexylthiopene:methanofullerene showed power conversion
efficiency of 1.67%.
