　精神の健康管理への積極性評価尺度日本語版を開発し，信頼性と妥当性の検討を行った。横浜市立大学附属病院精神科外来通院患者226名を対象に，自己記入式の質問紙調査を実施した。Rasch分析の結果，データの一次元性と原版と類似する項目難度が確認された。内的整合性(α＝0.82)および再検査信頼性(r＝0.75)は高く，受療行動に関するセルフエフィカシー尺度を用いた並存的妥当性の評価も高かった(r＝0.59)。また，性差，年齢差，疾患による得点の差を検討したところ，有意差を認めなかった。本研究の結果，本尺度は十分な信頼性と妥当性を有することが確認され，性別，年齢，疾患にかかわらず，精神疾患を持つ人に共通して利用できることが明らかにされた。

　We aimed to develop and validate a Japanese version of the Patient Activation Measure 13 for Mental Health (PAM13-MH). Two hundred and twenty-six participants, who were receiving psychiatric outpatient treatment services at the Yokohama City University Hospital, completed the PAM13-MH and Self Efficacy Scale for Treatment Acceptance (SESTA). A Rasch analysis revealed that PAM13-MH was unidimensional, and the item calibrations were similar to the original version. The internal consistency of the scale (α＝0.82) and reliability by test-retest method (r＝0.75) were sufficient. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to assess the concurrent validity for PAM13-MH and SESTA；further, the concurrent validity was sufficient (r＝0.59). Differences due to sex, age, and diagnosis were not significant. It was concluded that our Japanese version of the PAM13-MH has high reliability and validity, and is useful regardless of the participants' sex, age or diagnosis.
