ABSTRACT

In order to solve the poor flexibility of plant spacing change and the inconvenient operation of manual seedling for the pot seedling transplanter, the transmission mechanism innovation design affecting the working efficiency was carried out based on the TRIZ theory. Firstly, the technical conflict of transplanter is transformed into the engineering parameters which need to be improved in TRIZ theory. Then, the contradiction problems of functional transformation design for the transplanter were solved by using the inventive principle, function analysis, and contradiction matrix in TRIZ method. The plant spacing adjustment was realized through the introduction of multi-layer gear structure, the manual labor loss was improved by using a periodic rotation seedling wheel. Finally, the static and dynamic analysis of the planter was carried out by numerical method to investigate the feasibility of the design scheme. This method proposed can improve the operation efficiency, and provide reference for the innovation design of the transplanter.
