Using the CLEO II detector, we have accurately measured ${\mathit{D}}_{\mathit{s}}$ decay branching ratios relative to the φ${\mathrm{\pi }}^{+}$ mode for the η${\mathrm{\pi }}^{+}$ and η’${\mathrm{\pi }}^{+}$ states, for which there are conflicting claims; our results are 0.54±0.09±0.06 and 1.20±0.15±0.11, respectively.
