Abstract
The differential cross section for the process has been measured in the kinematic range , , where and are the energy and (or ) scattering angle, respectively, in the center-of-mass system. The results are based on a data sample collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB collider. Clear peaks due to the and are visible. The differential cross sections are fitted in the energy region to obtain the parameters of the . Its mass, width and are measured to be , and , respectively. The energy and angular dependences above 3.1 GeV are compared with those measured in the channel. The integrated cross section over has a dependence with , which is slightly larger than that for . The differential cross sections show a dependence similar to . The measured cross section ratio, , is consistent with a QCD-based prediction.
