Abstract

We construct three-triplet realizations of the gauge models for weak and electromagnetic interactions based on the groups O(3) and SU(2)⊗U(1). Within the framework of these models we find that the logarithmically divergent contributions to "electromagnetic" mass differences arising from the exchange of the gauge particles may be made to cancel.
