Abstract
We have studied the color-suppressed hadronic decays of neutral B mesons into the final states . Using pairs collected with the CLEO detector, we observe the decays and with the branching fractions and . The first error is statistical and the second systematic. The statistical significance of the signal is ( for ). Utilizing the branching fractions we determine the strong phases between isospin and amplitudes in the and final states to be and , respectively.
