Abstract

In a previous paper we solved the Bethe-Salpeter equation with separable interactions and demonstrated the applicability of the method for the most important nucleon-nucleon partial waves. In this paper we use the Bethe-Salpeter equation for pion nucleon partial waves including the necessary two potential ansatz for the P11 wave. A fully relativistic treatment of the πd system can be performed with these amplitudes.

NUCLEAR REACTIONS Separable Bethe-Salpeter kernels applied to pion-nucleon scattering; E=0300 MeV; l=0, 1; P11 wave with two potential ansatz.
