Abstract
The influence of zinc oxide seed layers on morphological and electrophysical properties of ZnO nanorods was studied. Sublayers were obtained via spin-coating and magnetron sputtering methods. Nanorods were produces via low-temperature hydrothermal synthesis in the presence of anionic and zwitterionic surface-active substances. Characterization of the obtained coatings was carried out using scanning electron microscopy and atomic-force microscopy methods.
