Abstract

R-matrix with pseudo-state calculations have been carried out for electron-impact ionization of the ground 2p⁶ and excited 2p⁵3s, 2p⁵4s, 2p⁵5s states of neutral Neon. In addition, R-matrix calculations for electron impact excitation along the Argon isonuclear sequence are reported.
