Zusammenfassung

Anatomische Präparation (80 Individuen) und Computertomogramme (130 Patienten) zeigten, daß die iliopektineale Bursa in Form der Bursa iliopectinea non-communicans, communicans und septata auftritt. Im CT gibt sich die Bursa iliopectinea unter bestimmten morphologischen und pathomorphologischen Voraussetzungen zu erkennen. Dazu gehören der bursale und peribursale Fett- und Kalkgehalt. Außerdem führt der Hüftgelenkerguß sowohl bei der kommunizierenden als auch manchmal bei der nichtkommunizierenden Bursa iliopectinea zu ihrer Darstellung im CT. Die kaudale Arthrozele des Hüftgelenks wird beschrieben und im CT abgebildet.

Summary

Study of 80 anatomical preparations and CT of 130 patients has shown that the ilio-poctineal bursa may be non-communicating, communicating or septate. Under certain morphological and pathological conditions the ilio-pectineal bursa may be visible on CT. Amongst these is the presence of fat or calcium in or around the bursa. Hffusions into the hip joint may make it possible to identify the bursa on CT, even when it is non-communicating. A posterior arthrocoele of the hip joint is described and its CT appearances are demonstrated.
