Zusammenfassung

Die Detrusorhypoflexie bzw. Areflexie kann die Folge einer neurologischen Erkrankung (Rückenmark, Cauda Equina, periphere Nerven) sein oder sie kann nach Einnahme von Medikamenten mit anticholinergen Eigenschaften auftreten. Eine mechanische oder funktionelle Obstruktion des Blasenhalses kann auch selten die Ursache einer Detrusorhypo- und Areflexie sein. Wir berichten über den Fall eines Patienten mit sekundärer Detrusorhyporeflexie wegen einer mechanischen Obstruktion durch ein invertiertes Blasenpapillom. Nach transurethraler Resektion kam es zu einer vollständigen Erholung der Blase.

Abstract

An incontractile detrusor may be caused by neurological diseases (spinal cord, cauda, peripheral nerves), anticholinergic agents and functional or mechanical obstruction at the level of the bladder neck and below. We report on a patient with detrusor hyporeflexia due to mechanical obstruction resulting from an inverted papilloma. Transurethral resection of this benign tumor resulted in complete recovery of the urinary bladder.
