Beta electron-assisted direct chemical ionization (BADCI) probe for ambient mass spectrometry

Abstract

A new low activity 63Ni ionization technique, beta electron-assisted direct chemical ionization (BADCI) is reported and applied to the analysis of active ingredients in solid pharmaceutical tablets without sample preparation.
