Isolation of Human Amnion Cells transformed by Rescuable Murine Sarcoma Virus

Abstract

Human amnion cells transformed by defective murine sarcoma virus (MSV) and containing MSV in a rescuable form are used to demonstrate the helper activity of RD-114 virus and may prove valuable for in vitro isolation, assay and analysis of human RNA tumour viruses.
