Separation of Murine Cellular and Murine Leukaemia Virus DNA Polymerases

Abstract

The DNA polymerase of murine leukaemia virus has been purified and can be separated physically from enzymes with some similar properties that are present in normal cells. Chromatographic and immunological methods have made it possible to identify the viral enzyme in virus-transformed cells.
