Structure and Activity of Muscarinic Stimulants

Abstract

Crystalline, solution and theoretical conformational analyses of stimulants of the autonomic post-ganglionic parasympathetic (muscarinic) nervous junction show a strong correlation between three-dimensional structure and activity.
