DNA Chain Growth: In Vivo and in Vitro Synthesis in a DNA Polymerase-negative Mutant of E. coli

Abstract

The enzyme involved in the discontinuous replication of DNA seems not to be the Kornberg polymerase but to be associated with the membrane.
