Abstract
IN order to make a long-term prediction of sedimentation in Lake Constance (Central Europe), about five hundred measurements of the suspended load in the Rhine (“Alpenrhein”) at Lustenau, Austria (Fig. 1), have been carried out1,2 at different water levels.
