Abstract
ABi4WNb2O15 (A = Pb, Ba, Sr) ceramics were prepared, and there structural properties were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and x-ray diffraction. The ceramics were shown to differ little in lattice parameters. The dielectric properties of the ceramics were studied by impedance spectroscopy in weak fields at frequencies from 1 to 500 kHz and temperatures in the range 293–750 K. Using Cole–Cole diagrams, two relaxation mechanisms were shown to be operative and some dielectric parameters of the materials were determined. The activation energy of dc conduction was evaluated.
