Grouping of phthalates for risk characterization of human exposures
2020, Toxicology LettersCitation Excerpt :Effects of DINP on sperm were also reported but are questionable since only one to three animals per litter were examined and dose-response was not established. Moreover, several changes reported as statistically significant could not be confirmed in a reanalysis of the raw data (Boberg et al., 2016; Boberg et al., 2017; Morfeld et al., 2011). Two additional studies focused on specific effects of DINP on male rat sexual development.
