Abstract

Majority of infections have a viral aetiology and every infection may not require antibiotic treatment. As the antibiotics are overused, there are led campaigns promoting rational antibiotic therapy. It exert that too frequent as well as too intensive antibiotic therapy can have source not only in lack of physician knowledge, but in lack of possibility quick diagnostic tools (in it microbiological quick test) and in lack of material to help physician-patient communication. So, expert guidelines popularize that it is not enough to decrease problem forcefully.

Podsumowanie

Dlatego samo popularyzowanie wytycznych eksperckich dotyczących stosowania antybiotyków to zbyt mało, aby skutecznie
