According to the literature, patients with symptomatic cystic adenomyoma primarily present with pain, particularly dysmenorrhea, which is sometimes associated with chronic pelvic pain and dyspareunia [3–9]. Metrorrhagia and menorrhagia are sometimes associated with cystic adenomyoma [3,5,6,10].
