Population data of 15 autosomal STR loci in Chinese Han population from Liaoning Province, Northeast China
2016, Forensic Science International: GeneticsGenetic diversities of 20 novel autosomal STRs in Chinese Xibe ethnic group and its genetic relationships with neighboring populations
2015, GeneCitation Excerpt :Shi et al. constructed an unrooted Neighbor-Joining tree based on 11 Y-chromosomal STRs (PowerPlex®Y Systems, Promega, Madison, WI, USA) haplotypes and found that Xibes from Liaoning province of northeast China had a close relationship with the Hui ethnic, the Mongol ethnic and northeast China Han (Shi et al., 2011). He et al. represented a dendrogram based on 15 autosomal STR loci showing that Xibes from Liaoning province were closely related to Uigur, Mongolian and Northern Han (He and Guo, 2013). For Xibe from Xinjiang, the phylogenetic tree based on 17 Y-STR loci (AmpFlSTR®Y-filerTM PCR Amplification Kit, Applied Biosystems, Foster City, CA, USA) revealed that the Xibe group was firstly clustered with Mongolian and then other groups (Zheng et al., 2009).
