Abstract

It is pointed out that the presence in a gauge theory of vector bosons or left-over Higgs bosons with a weak interaction strength of the order of10−11GE and which have CPviolating couplings to the strangeness-changing neutral current, will lead to the superweak model of CP violation. An example of such a theory, based on the gauge group SU (2) ⊗U(1), is given.
