Abstract

The characteristics of glues which set in ultra-violet light are described with respect to their advantages for microelectrode assembly.

    A 60Co source with the photon energy of about 1.2 MeV was used [7–9]. For bonding onto the insulator substrate that is transparent for the bulk luminescence of Cd0.9Zn0.1Te crystals, a glue compound was used, fast solidifying under ultraviolet radiation [10]. In the as-grown CdZnTe material, there are many Cd vacancies and residual donors (atoms of III–VII group metals) [4,9].
