Abstract

The work deals with a search for general crystallogeometrical regularities in binary alloys in a Ni-Ti system. The histograms of the B2, B19, D024 and E93 structure distributions are constructed in binary systems as a function of the space filling coefficient and superstructure compression. It is shown that the packing density and phase formation enthalpy in the Ni-Ti system increase concurrently.
