Processes of cooling of various loose (granular) materials in industrial rotary drums, fluidized-bed apparatuses, conductive plate heat exchangers, etc., have been investigated. Methods have been recommended for cooling heat carriers (heat-transfer agents), as applies to specific production conditions. Designs of coolers-separators and coolers-conditioners for powdery and granular products have been developed.
