Abstract

 Primary hemangiopericytoma of the bone is a rare tumor. We describe a patient with primary hemangiopericytoma of the tibia treated by surgery. The clinical and radiological features of this tumor are described. The radiological and histopathological differential diagnosis of hemangiopericytoma is discussed.
