Abstract
Free extended double hemipulp flap was used succesfully to reconstruct volar defects of the fingers in three cases. This flap was planned in the same fashion as a first web space flap, except that the volar part of the web was preserved. Free extended double hemipulp flap offers a durable, septate and sensate skin cover for large volar defects of the fingers. It has the added advantages of transferring two flaps on one pedicle.
