Das antepartuale CTG bei intrauteriner Wachstumsretardierung und Toxoplasmoseinfektion

Der Gynäkologe Aims and scope

Bei einer 35-jährigen Frau, I. Gravida, I. Para ist in der Schwangerschaft eine Toxoplasmoseinfektion aufgetreten, gleichzeitig bestand ab der 35/6 SSW eine fetale Wachstumsretardierung mit einem Gestatationsdiabetes. Ein Zusammenhang zwischen beiden Erkrankungen ist unwahrscheinlich, verdient jedoch wegen der Besonderheit der Beachtung.
