A Note on Compact Trans-Sasakian Manifolds

Abstract

In this paper, we find necessary and sufficient conditions for a 3-dimensional compact and simply connected trans-Sasakian manifold M of type \({(\alpha,\beta)}\) to be homothetic to a Sasakian manifold.
