Die Rezepturen Zhang Zhongjings und ihr heutiger klinischer Stellenwert

Zusammenfassung

Der Autor befasst sich in diesem Artikel mit den Rezepturen von Zhang Zhongjing 張仲景 (150–219, auch Zhang Ji), die bis heute respektvoll als „klassische Rezepturen“ (jingfang 經方) bezeichnet werden. Wenn chinesische Ärzte heute besonders schwierige oder hartnäckige Krankheiten therapieren, greifen sie gerne auf diese „klassischen Rezepturen“ (jingfang) zurück. Der Autor beginnt mit einer Geschichte, in der das „Evodia-Dekokt“ (Decoctum Evodiae, Wuzhuyu tang, 吳茱萸湯) eine besondere Rolle spielt. Anschließend geht er ausführlich auf die klinische Wirkung des „Kleine Bupleurum-Dekoktes“ (Decoctum parvum Bupleuri, Xiao chaihu tang, 小柴胡湯) ein, wobei er dessen fiebersenkende sowie die enterogastrisch regulierende Wirkung besonders hervorhebt. Auch das „Dekokt von den Zweigen des Zimtbaumes“ (Decoctum ramulorum Cassiae, Guizhi tang 桂枝湯) wird heute nach wie vor in großem Umfang in der klinischen Praxis eingesetzt, was der Autor anhand eines Fallbeispiels illustriert. Weiterhin bespricht er das „Kleine Dekokt gegen Vernichtungsgefühl in der Brust“ (Xiao xianxiong tang 小陷 胸湯), wobei er dessen Wirkung bei Erkrankungen der Atemwege und des Verdauungstraktes betont und durch eigene klinische Erfahrungen bei Husten und Obstipation ergänzt.

Abstract

In this article the author examines the formulas prescribed by Zhang Zhongjing 張仲景 (150–219, also known as Zhang Ji) which are still today respectfully described as “classic formulas” (jingfang 經方). When modern-day Chinese physicians have to provide treatment for particularly difficult or persistent illnesses, they are very pleased to be able to fall back upon these “classic formulas” (jingfang). The author begins with a description in which the “Evodia Decoction” (Decoctum Evodiae, Wuzhuyu tang, 吳茱萸湯) plays a particular role. Then he examines in detail the clinical effect of the “Minor Bupleurum Decoction” (Decoctum parvum Bupleuri, Xiao chaihu tang, 小柴胡湯) and emphasizes its antipyretic as well as its enterogastric-regulating effect. The “Cinnamon Twig Decoction” (Decoctum ramulorum Cassiae, Guizhi tang 桂枝湯) is still today widely used in clinical practice, which is illustrated by a case study. He also discusses the “Minor Sinking Into the Chest Decoction” (Xiao xianxiong tang 小陷胸湯) emphasizing the effects which are achieved in the treatment of illness, both of the respiratory tract and of the digestive/intestinal tract. He illustrates these effects of treatment by examples from his own clinical experience of curing coughs and constipation.
