Abstract
Met de vergrijzing van de bevolking neemt het aandeel in het verkeer van automobilisten boven de 70 jaar gestaag toe. Hierdoor zal het aantal automobilisten met cognitieve functiestoornissen als gevolg van leeftijdsgebonden beperkingen en aandoeningen waaronder dementie, op de weg toenemen. Het doel van dit onderzoek was om de neuropsychologische status en het rijgedrag van oudere automobilisten met cognitieve functiestoornissen in kaart te brengen. Ook werden neuropsychologische testresultaten en rijprestaties met elkaar vergeleken.
