Conclusion

L’examen proctologique complet, sous anesthésie ou non, et l’imagerie sont les armes à la disposition du clinicien pour répertorier au mieux, les LAPMC. Cette première étape, indispensable, permet la classification de lésions marquées par leur grande hétérogénéité. De cette taxinomie découlent des indications thérapeutiques et pronostiques.

Pouvant précéder les localisations intestinales de la maladie, elles imposent une histologie systématique de toute lésion anopérinéale ôtée.

Leur retentissement sur la qualité de vie (incontinence anale, altération de la vie sexuelle) et leur risque de cancérisation tardive imposent une prise en charge et une surveillance régulière.
