Zusammenfassung
Ungünstige Stabilitätsverhältnisse bei distalen Unterschenkelfrakturen nach Tibiaosteosynthesen können zu postoperativen Spätkomplikationen wie PseudarthrosenbildungoderPlattenbrüchenführen. Eine Möglichkeit, diese Komplikationsrate zu senken, bietet die gleichzeitige operative Versorgung von Tibia und Fibula. Dazu werden drei eigene Kasuistiken dargestellt. Fremde Ergebnisse werden diskutiert.
Abstract
Unfavorable stability relationships in the case of distal lower leg bone fractures after tibiaosteosynthesis can lead to late postoperative complications such as the formation of pseudarthroses or a breaking of the metal plate. A possibility of decreasing the extent of these complications ist provided by the simultaneous supply of osteosynthesis to both the tibia and fibula. For this purpose three individual cases were presented. Other results were discussed.
