Ms. Dunning performs quality control and management support activities for Libra Technology a company specializing in the development of computer assisted Management Information Systems for Health Care facilities.

Ms. Dunning has extensive experience in the mental health field as a health care provider and program director. She has worked as an Occupational Therapist in a variety of mental health settings including Community Mental Health Centers and Psychiatric hospitals, both in the U.S.A. and U.K.
