Gallensteinentfernung ohne Laparotomie: die endoskopische Papillotomie

Zusammenfassung

Bei 30 endoskopischen Papillotomien war bei 29 Patienten der Eingriff erfolgreich und komplikationslos. Die Methode besticht durch die geringe Belastung für den Patienten, die hohe Treffsicherheit und die geringe Komplikationsrate. Voraussetzung für den Erfolg ist neben einer exakten Beherrschung der endoskopischen Technik eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Chirurgen und Radiologen.

Summary

Our experience with 30 successful endoscopic papillotomies in 29 patients demonstrated the low risk of this method. The high rate of success recommends this treatment for gall stones in the common bile duct. A close teamwork between endoscopist, surgeons and radiologists is essential.
