Summary
A new cell line, designated SPC G1 13, derived from dorsal vessels of larvae ofGromphadorhina laevigata has been established. The medium used is D. 73. The cells are fibroblastlike cells. Some of them are fixed; others, spindle-shaped or round, are in suspension. Most of the cells have the diploid chromosome number. The SPC G1 13 cell line is permissive to the chlamydiaRickettsiella grylli
