Zusammenfassung
Es wird über eine unmittelbar postoperativ durchgeführte Fibrinolyse- und Antikoagulantientherapie nach Naht der A. poplitea bei einem 10jährigen Kind berichtet. Eine postoperativ aufgetretene Thrombose konnte so behoben werden.
Summary
In a 10 years old child after repair of an injury of the popliteal artery a thrombosis of the vessel occurred. By fibrinolytic therapy immediately after the operation and by anticoagulant treatment the limb could be preserved. *** DIRECT SUPPORT *** A22P1042 00002
