Abstract
Isolated traumatic dislocation of the radial head is rare. It occurs when the elbowis, partly outstretched and the forearm pronated. Occasionally one is unable to achieve closed reduction. Then the open treatment is necessary. Posttraumatical myositis ossificans was described in the literatur.
