Erfahrungen mit der Fundoplicatio, Hiatuspfeilernaht und Gastropexie bei der operativen Behandlung von Hiatushernien

Summary

This is a report on 214 clinical and 60 X-ray examinations following abdominal operations on hiatus hernias, which at the time of the review had taken place 1–7 years previously. In all the cases a fundoplicatio accord. To Nissen had been carried out. In addition a pillar plastic operation of the hiatus was carried out in 121 patients and a ventral gastropexis in 127 of the patients. In 111 of the cases a second abdominal disorder was treated operatively at the same time. The clinical results were good to very good in 89.7% of the cases, X-ray controls showed a relapse rate of 8.3%. The results with sliding hernias were not improved with gastropexis to the anterior abdominal wall or a pillar plastic operation of the hiatus. The mortality was 0.8%.

Es wird über 214 klinische und 60 radiologische Nachkontrollen von abdominalen Hiatushernienoperationen berichtet, die bei der Kontrolle 1–7 Jahre zurücklagen. In allen Fällen war eine Fundoplicatio nachNissen durchgeführt worden. Zusätzlich war bei 121 Patienten eine Hiatuspfeilerplastik und bei 127 Patienten eine ventrale Gastropexie angelegt worden. In 111 Fällen war gleichzeitig ein zweites abdominales Leiden operativ behandelt worden. Die klinischen Resultate waren in 89,7% gut bis sehr gut, die Röntgenkontrollen ergaben 8,3% Rezidive. Bei Hiatusgleithernien konnten die Gastropexie an die vordere Bauchwand und die Hiatuspfeilerplastik die Resultate nich verbessern; die Mortalität betrug 0,8%.
