Résumé

Neuf souches deB. tenella, qui donnent un pourcentage de mortalité chezMelolontha melolontha supérieur ou égal à 32%, possèdent une activité lipasique, que n'ont pas les sept souches donnant un pourcentage de mortalité inférieur à 32%. L'activité protéasique des souches dites non virulentes est en général beaucoup plus forte que celle des souches virulentes.

Summary

Nine strains ofB. tenella, which gave more than 32 per cent mortality ofMelolontha melolontha had a lipolytic activity. On the contrary seven strains giving less than 32 per cent mortality did not show this activity. Proteolytic activity of the non-pathogenic strains was generally much higher than the non-pathogenic one.
