Zusammenfassung

Während der IL2 Sekretion mütterlicher Lymphozyten mit dem Gestationsalter abnimmt, sind die Sekretionsraten von IL1ß und IL6 unverändert. Der Anteil der Cd21+, CD2+, CD4+ und CD8+ Zellen bleibt durch die Schwangerschaft konstant. Mit steigender Schwangerschaftswoche erhöhten sich die Anteile der CD14+ und HLA-DR+ positiven Zellen. Die Schwangerschaft scheint auf die Ebene der immunzytären Subpopulationen in unterschiedlichen Ausmaß regulierend wirksam zu werden.
