Zusammenfassung

Die elektrophoretisch isolierte Franktion des hypothalamischen Extraktes erhöhtin vitro die Sekretion des thyreotropen Hormons aus der Adenohypophyse der Ratte in der Krebs-Phosphat-Ringerlösung mit 300 mg% Glukose. Die Fraktion selbst besitzt keine TSH-Wirkung.
