Zusammenfassung
In ATP angereicherten menschlichen Erythrocytenstroma konnte zwischen Ouabainempfindlicher Membran-ATPase-Aktivität und aktiver K+-Akkumulation ein Zusammenhang festgestellt werden: die Hydrolyse eines ATP-Moleküls ist mit der Akkumulation von zwei K+-Ionen verbunden.
