Zusammenfassung

Die in den larvalen Speicheldrüsen vonChironomus tentans vorkommende Protease mit einem pH-Optimum bei 5.5 wird vor Beginn des Zellzerfalls in der Puppenhäutung durch, eine Protease mit einem pH-Optimum bei 3.5 ersetzt. Diese Enzymveränderungen stehen in zeitlicher übereinstimmung mit Veränderungen des Puffmusters und der Lysosomenpopulation.
