Über eine immunologische Untersuchung zur Diagnostik der Krebskrankheiten

Zusammenfassung

Eine 1955 vonMakari u.Huck angegebene immunologische Krebsreaktion wird nachgeprüft.

Eine Reproduzierung der Ergebnisse vonMakari u.Huck ist nicht gelungen. Von 85 sensibilisierten Tieren, die alle mit Seren von Tumorpatienten getestet wurden, gaben nur fünf eine positive Reaktion.

Summary

An immunologic reaction for cancer, devised byMakari andHuck in 1955, was re-evaluated. The results ofMakari andHuck could not be reproduced. In 85 sensitized animals, which were tested with sera from patients with tumors, only five positive results were obtained.
